We offer group coaching for group with similar goals. Our group coaching is limited only to twelve participants. Our experience has shown us that group coaching is very effective when the number of participants is between five and twelve.

Theme based management coaching and workshop

Every organization faces unique opportunity and challenges. Teams within an organization have a unique chemistry, unique composition, and perspectives that affect their goals and behaviours. Facilitation during offsite strategy workshop

Strategy workshops tend to be quite intensive. An external facilitation can provide imbalanced open safe environment where concerns and issues can be discussed open. We combine facilitation with meaningful strategy coaching and team building.

Customised training

We offer customized training for a group of high-performing and high-potential employees. High achievers need a specific customized intervention that provides distinctive perspectives relevant for their goals and situations. Performance of the group can increase anywhere from 20% to 70% with a customized intervention.
